Vadims Dmitrijevs is a jazz trombone player and songwriter from Riga,Latvia. He made a name for himself as one of the most active young generation jazz musicians in his country,performing frequently both as a sideman and a bandleader,as well as being a member of the Latvian Radio Bigband before moving to Hamburg in 2022. His debut album “Chapter I” ,released in august 2021 was highly rated by the local jazz critics and was featured on the “Jazz in Latvia 21” compilation.
