Beaming cosmic rays from the rustic hills of Southern California, Friends of is the solo project of Topanga Canyon native Zeke Reed. A classically-trained cellist who started branching out into other genres in high school, Zeke later picked up the bass and started using Ableton while studying neuroscience and philosophy at the University of Virginia. Zeke makes what he calls "psychedelic space disco," moving bodies and transporting minds to the edges of the galaxy.
