My songwriting and singing come from my love of keeping journals starting when I was 8 years old. At first this was mostly a bunch of drawings with only few words written below - anything to help capture a moment in time. One time, while reading through some entries, I knew they needed music to come off of the page. I’ve always loved storytelling, and believed this would be a good way to do it - to share experiences.
