La Chonk was formed in late 2019 when lead singer and guitarist Dirty Town Jack, bassist Schmitty, drummer Slam Dunk, and 2nd guitarist Hard Corehands (who joined the band without an invitation) met in a small college dorm. The band combines classic 90’s punk rock with an ironic theme. They released their first EP in February of 2020 known as “Thirmsty 4”.
