Susanna Kennedy is a Savannah, Georgia based multi-instrumentalist and songwriter who grew up singing in church choirs, playing classical violin, and belting out musical numbers with her older sister while washing the dishes. Her indie/folk sound is marked by emotionally evocative melodies and lyrics. In her mind, music exists as a conduit for emotions that words alone cannot express. Susanna says of her music, “You want people to feel uncomfortable within themselves and then find a resolution in that discomfort.
