Sobre Empty Friend
Emerging from a string of underground rock and hardcore bands in the early 2000s, London-based Empty Friend formed following a chance meeting at a Soundgarden reunion show in the UK in 2015. College friends Ryan O’Hare (guitar) and Karl Morgan (drums) met with Dave Kirk (vocals) to set up a new, heavy project, in the mould of hard rock heroes Soundgarden, Kyuss and Alice in Chains, amongst others.
