Bag Runner Kelvin

Bag Runner Kelvin is a hip-hop artist from Georgia. Born Kelvin Cornell Ritman III in Rome Georgia on April 30th 1990 and was raised in the northwest Georgia town until moving to Atlanta Georgia (Collage Park) in 1996. 
Over the course of 10 years his family moved from city to city and state to state due to His father’s constant run ins with the law but the family always found their way back to Atlanta.
