Alva is the sound of a night you can only barely remember measured against the regrets and headaches of the morning after. Alva is hard-hitting while not shying away from being painfully vulnerable. Musically they combine elements from 90s grunge and alt rock with 60s vocal harmonies and introspective lyrics contemplating self-doubt, life and how to live it.
