Atlanta based improv collective, Konda, breaks outside the confines of genre to build a diversified musical pallete with a cast of ever changing musicians. With nods to Miles Davis’ Bitches Brew, the group released their debut, self-titled album in 2018. It has been described by Creative Loafing Atlanta as “a fusion of free form, modal, and post-bop jazz sounds” that “transports and soothes the soul.’’ The band is curretly recording and aims to release their second album in early 2020.
