Beau One founded the band B-System with his pal Jan Van de Velde, but after their equipment got stolen they started their music career in 1981 busking. Beau One toured Europe as a busker between 1982 and 1985 and with his band One Night Stand from 1986 on. From 1987 on, he started performing in and around his birth city Ghent (Belgium) with B-System, but joining A Split Second meant he'd have to tour again, this time worldwide, which he did until 1992. After that Beau One decided to concentrate more on his own style of music, with Asi Sea, a mixture of eastern melodies and desert blues...
