The Pettifoggers are a supergroup of farmers and poets that put the SEX in sextet. According to band lore, they were once lawyers who quit practicing to join the humanities, and have regretted it ever since. But official documents place The Pettifoggers in Missoula, Montana circa 2019, when the accordionist and singer began playing folk tunes out of an old songbook. They were joined over the years by talented friends and a loyal fan base, and they put out their first album, Small Claims, in the fall of 2023!
