Sable Sun is the result of a couple of engineers finding a way to express themselves in a city far from their respective homes. Formed in late 2023, the band combines the talents of John Staiger (vocals, drums, bass, production) and Madeleine Hamon (vocals, guitar). Having both moved to Houston, Texas from opposite sides of the country for work, the duo hit it off over their similar tastes in music and sometimes chaotic (but always entertaining) thoughts on life.
