New hardcore band NEKS, featuring members of Daytrader, Crime In Stereo, Capsule, RILE, and Spirits, is set to release their debut singles, The Land of Plenty and The Rubicon, on August 12, 2025. Self-recorded across New Jersey and Utah and mastered by Mike Kalajian at Rogue Planet Mastering, these tracks introduce a sound that’s aggressive and melodic. With members spread across New Jersey, Salt Lake City, Denver, and Spain, NEKS began writing music remotely in 2023. Gary Cioni, guitarist for Crime In Stereo, takes on vocals for the band.
