Oneal Dorsey also known as T.O.A. ( The Original Artist ) is a Artist/ Musician from the Bay Area who specializes in Drums. He has been invloved in Small Stages a Dwayne Wiggins operation where he has mastered and developed quality skills in his artistry. In relations to that he has been apart of several rounds making it through all of them and finishing first place in the final round of the competitions.
