Originally from Finland, I grew up listening to 70’s and 80’s rock, pop, punk and folk and, regardless of the genre, acquired a taste for powerful songs with strong choruses. In the mid-nineties I left Finland for London where I spent ten years gigging and writing songs in different bands. During this time I learnt to also love British indie, alternative rock and smooth jazz,which I believe has influenced me further as a songwriter. I now live in Leeds where I continue to write songs.
