Jing Ru

Jing Ru is a Chinese-born composer, pianist, and sound artist. She is particularly drawn by genre-blending experimentations, interweaving acoustic sounds with electronic ones. She embraces a range of musical influences including jazz, ambient, electronic, classical, and experimental. She released a collaborative experimental jazz-fusion EP in September 2025, and performs improvisational and experimental music around the San Francisco Bay Area, in addition to composing for films.
