Vox Portent is an electronic music producer/DJ from Johannesburg South Africa whose style of music varies from downtempo chillwave to uplifting electronica, blending synth heavy keys with light ambience to create a range of emotions. Vox started producing music at the age of 15 after being involved with an idea of a metal band with his brother that used the name Vox Portent. Vox released his first album titled lucid in 2014 which was heavily inspired by artists Felix Laband and Bonobo.
