Ember Eve (formerly known as Marit Trienekens) is a singer-songwriter from Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Born (1990) and raised in Helden, Marit used to play guitar and sing in her own bedroom, until she went to college and started to perform her music live to an audience. Her music took off and it was not long before the could warm up the audiences for a.o. Kane, De Dijk and Ed Struijlaart. She also performed in the popular talentshow of VARA, BNN and 3FM "The best singer-songwriter of the Netherlands" in 2012, presented by Giel Beelen.
