Raised in Brooklyn NY, iCEE CORTEZ moved to Florida when he was 13 years old, after his oldest brother was shot and killed over a drug debt. His father split soon after, unable to manage a family with his alcoholism. His mother then raised her two kids on her own, enrolling both siblings into free music programs to avoid paying sitters Around Soulja Boy's emergence into Rap, he quickly became iCEE's idol, due to his SelfMade hustle and Do-it-Yourself mentality. iCEE bought himself a $100 microphone the next day, and began his journey into the rap game iCEE's first mixtape...
