Beetle Miyela (she/they) is a multidisciplinary sound and performance artist currently based in Magandjin, Brisbane. Her practice draws from her cultural heritage, descending from Anglo-Celtic, Scandinavian and Maltese bloodlines, whilst simultaneously connecting to the innate oneness of Mother Earth. Her aim is to use ritualistic, somatic performance as an offering to bridge the imaginary and the reality.
