Born and raised in Hokkaido, Japan, kf13 has had a career as a public servant, but by 2021 kf13 was no longer satisfied with his career and decided to become a musician. He began to produce artwork, working primarily on music pieces. Influenced by Japanese songs, kf13 creates equally nostalgic landscapes.
