Sikus Ensamble was born in march of 2020 in Lisbon-Portugal from the union of two generations, both father and son with the goal of spreading Andean music, specifically, from the south American plateau. Jorge Cervantes; born on September of 1973 in Lima-Peru, has been a musician since he was 7 years old; he started by playing accordion with his father in the musical orchestras from the Puno region in Peru, after, he moved on to the guitar, charango and then, in 1990, he went to Europe with the Takile band, where they performed in Spain, Italy and then in Portugal, where he ended up living....
