Damnably records released the debut EP and LP from Daegu trio 도그스타/ Dogstar on 2 x12" vinyl in spring 2020. The band features siblings Sun Mi and Jun Hung Ryu with Matthew Ormita drumming on the recorded songs. Andrew Blad replaced Matthew after he moved back to the US. Sunmi is a classical pianist (who has also worked on a Bong Joon-ho film soundtrack) and it’s her discordant angular guitar skills & minimal vocals that really make this so interesting.
