Preston Phelps Graff is an extreme metal vocalist and instrumentalist based out of Las Vegas, NV. He is the founder & vocalist for the bands Sheer Cold, Mourning Anguish & Lament Ov Lilith. He was also the bassist for the band Implements of Hell from 2017-2019.
