Emily Drew McDonald is a singer-songwriter who grew up in Sudbury, Ontario. She first pursued music at the age of 6 by venturing into the realm of musical theatre - a feat she did for the next 12 years. After graduating highschool, the then 18-year-old moved to Toronto by herself to begin her larger-scale career pursuit. She attained her first musical success as a lead singer for the 60s-70s cover band, "The Rose Gold Classics" in 2016.
