Civic Hall is a collaboration between Craig Tattersall (the humble bee, the remote viewer, the boats) and Euan Millar-McMeeken (glacis, Graveyard Tapes, Gallowglas). The debut, titled ‘The Trembling Line’ is both devastating and heart-melting.
