Cecilia Otero is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from El Paso, TX. She's been an active participant in her city's music scene since 2017, playing bass and lead guitar for a number of local bands. By 2020, she'd dabbled in everything from dream pop to garage rock. When the pandemic rolled around, she changed gears and focused on writing her own music for the first time.
