Raised in Cronulla and born to a first-generation Greek mother and an Aussie father, Adam Newling utilises country sensibilities and eclectic knowledge of sound in his music to unprecedented effect. Adam Newling’s EP, Half Cut and Dangerous, has seen the gruff-voiced Australian songwriter and guitarist notch up more than 3 million Spotify streams. Newling sold out all shows of his national tour in April 2022.
