Powwow, love, and dreams: All good stories you want to hear about. They Say Stories is a Canadian First Nation Indie Rock band based out of Calgary, Alberta Treaty 7 with Sylvan Breaker at the helm. Sylvan who is Blackfoot and Cree draws upon his life growing up on-reserve as a 4th-generation farmer. The long awaited first album “Daydreams Will Do” draws upon reservation life, loves, and dreams. With Dalton Dodginghorse (Tsuut’ina and Blackfoot) providing a steady foundation of rhythm to capture the beat of the earth, this duo is set to take the stage and bring powwow vibes to the world.
