Hayden Evelyn is a 21 year old singer-songwriter from Merseyside, North West England. Hayden is an indie folk artist with rock, folk, pop and country influences. They are known for their ‘heart-aching’ lyrics and catchy, dynamic guitar parts. Drawing inspiration from songwriters such as Glen Hansard, David Hunter and Sara Bareilles, Hayden was introduced to the folk genre by the soundtrack Glen wrote for the musical ‘Once’ and has been enamoured with it ever since. After mixing this with influence from Sara Bareilles’ early pop-rock work, their unique style was born.
