Over the years, Civil House has steadily refined their music, from the harsher sounds of their alternative and hard rock beginnings, to the warmer, mellower vibrations of indie pop. This is embodied by their latest release, “Shivers”, which is characterized by flowy vocal melodies and shimmery guitar notes, over dreamy undertones of nostalgia.
