Formed after the dissolution of his previous band Gift Horse, Blue Blood is the latest solo vehicle for Athens, Georgia-based singer/songwriter Hunter Morris. After splitting with Gift Horse, Morris retreated to the solitude of fly-fishing (he both practices and teaches the art), and began writing new material.
