About Retrograde88
Retrograde88 is an experimental band that intertwines the genres of dream pop, psychedelic rock, and shoegaze formed Boston, MA. Formed in October 2021, the bandmates connected while studying at Berklee College of Music. Members include lead vocalist Francesca Londono, guitarist Olivia Monarch, bassist Maddie Russell, drummer Jack Becker, and synth player Gabriel de Solages. They create a euphoric atmosphere with haunting vocal harmonies, 70s-esque funk drum and bass grooves, which are bathed in lush synthesizers and dreamy guitars.
