About Saijan
Saijan (pronounced: Say-Jan) is a Nigerian born singer-songwriter that specialises in New Age Afro music. Now based in the UK, Saijan is always looking to merge his Afro-sound with different genres and not box himself in and states that he sees himself "as a global artist". Exposed to the fine African sounds of Fuji, Afrobeats and Afro Jazz from a young age - these roots are still very much prevalent for Saijan and he often incorporates elements of these into his music to make for a more invigorating listen.
