About The Step Kings
NY/NJ based post hardcore band The Step Kings was formed in February of 1997 by singer/bassist Bob McLynn, singer/guitarist Fern, and drummer Mike Watt. After releasing their first EP, "Seven Easy Steps" on Blackout Records, the group spent the next two years on the road, touring in support of S.O.D., Vision of Disorder and Biohazard among others. In 1999 the band released their first full album “Let’s Get It On!” which was re-released by Roadrunner Records in 2000.
