Hate Trees is a surf punk/new wave band from Hull Massachusetts. The members of Hate Trees are all below the age of 13 with the exception of their producer/drummer Larkin. The band draws inspiration from a lot of 70s punk rock like Ramones , New wave bands like The B-52's , and modern punk/garage rock bands like The Chats . Their songs all tend to be energetic bops with lyrics ranging from a diverse set of topics such as anxiety from school, watermelon related injuries, hitting teachers with wooden boards, and their cats.
