Yaya Kay is a Norwegian Afrobeat/Afropop artist, making music inspired by her African origin. Her musical nature stems from her Gambian father that took to the streets with her of North of Norway, to play Djembe drums, Maracas and tambourine. Yaya's ear for music inspired her at an early age to get into dancing and have since danced everything from Jazz ballet, Dancehall and HipHop.
