About Guitar
Centered around the songwriting and production aesthetic of Saia Kuli, Portland, Oregon-based band Guitar makes wobbly slacker rock that employs spindly melodic lines one minute and crushing riffs the next. Guitar began as a boldly lo-fi solo project for Kuli, but moved from being an outlet for his bedroom recordings to something resembling a more fully formed indie band on work like the 2025 album We're Headed to the Lake.
