New Modern is a Columbus-based alt-rock band fueled by passion, nostalgia, and a relentless drive to push their influences into a modern sound. Inspired by the tight arrangements of The Strokes, the dark rumination of Interpol, and the sonically rich arrangements of Radiohead, they aim to help put Columbus’ alternative scene on the map.
