Unc D is a bassist, singer and producer from Youngstown, OH. With 19 albums released since 2019, Unc D has reached global audiences with an original blend of jazz, funk and electronic music. Unc D’s style is the result of tapping into his experience as an uneducated working bassist in Ohio’s jam sesh and funk scenes, while incorporating progressive and experimental electronic production via working with producer/keyboardist Thin Thicket.
