Sebastian Williams, born Roger Williams in Norfolk, Virginia, made his mark with his band, The House Rockers, on his sole Sound of Soul release, Too Much b/w Home Town Boy. In addition to his solo work, Williams lent his deep baritone to Mr. Wiggles' track Home Boy and recorded Here Today and Gone Tomorrow for him—though the song remained unreleased for decades.
