About Wezz-I.E.
Wezz (pronounced “wheeze”) got his name from having asthma as a kid. Drop the Y and add an I.E. for his city (Inland Empire) and the rest is history in the making! With his Mom going to Dorsey High School in the middle of the “The Jungles”, she made sure to make a change for her Son! Being raised in the church, he was able to take a different path through life than the rough and sometimes life-threatening route his father took growing up in the Pomona area of CA., aka, “The Islands”. He first left California to connect with his Dad once released from prison while in 8th grade...
