About Discoda
Discoda fuses disco, soul, funk and house to create a retro sound for modern times. Based in London and formed by long-time friends Dom Clark and Rick Lloyd, their sound is a meeting of Dom’s background in soul, funk, jazz and reggae, and Rick’s career in house music and pop production. In the 1990s, Rick was one half of old school rave duo New Atlantic who had a #12 hit in 1992 with ‘I Know’. He then went on to produce nightclub-centric house remixes for pop acts such as Atomic Kitten , @Sweet Female Attitude and Lolly .
