Cheech The God AKA (Black Sheep Cheech) is originally from Asbury Park, New Jersey. Due to better job opportunities his father moved the family to Atlanta, GA at age 13. Perfecting his craft as a poet motivated him to try and apply them to instrumentals. At age 18 he began writing for a number of artists in different genres. He was quoted saying, “ when recording I limit myself to nothing; I try to keep my mind open to nothing but vibrations, I don’t discriminate”.
