J.Tesfa is a rapper/singer/songwriter/producer born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and now resides in Orlando, Fl. He grew up watching his father produce Reggae music and was introduced to hip-hop from his older sister, where he was soon hooked to the fast melodies and rhythmic flows. Growing up in NY where most hip-hop heads listened to artists like Jay-Z and Biggie, Snoop Dogg was J.Tesfa’s first inspiration, with an introduction to G-Funk where he credits Snoop for his funk curiosity.
