About The Grand Merci
The Grand Merci are a five piece, indie band from Kent. The band is formed of brothers, Aaron (vocals) and Sam Simmons (guitar, BVs) along side James Chaisuk (drums), Tom Fowler (bass) and Conor Toner (guitar, BVs). Drawing influence from the likes of Arctic Monkeys, The Last Shadow Puppets, The Libertines, Trudy and the Romance, The Amazons, The Black Keys, and Paolo Nutini (to name just a few) The Grand Merci combine traditional indie structures to soulful, charismatic melodies, creating an unpredictable in-between.
