About Monte Chaqil
Rapper/Artist MONTÉ CHAQIL was born in 1994. A California kid from Palm Springs who's family move to NC where he grew up in Raleigh, NC. Drawing inspiration from the Legends that came before him, spending a lot of time perfecting his craft day in day out. MONTÉ CHAQIL which "Chaqil" is his middle name grew up listening to artist like Bob Marley, TuPac, Lil Wayne, Micheal Jackson, DMX, Big L, Rakim etc. He always knew he wanted to be an artist at the age of 10 he wrote his very 1st song as a 6th grader finding music as a way to express himself.
