Born in Tehran, Iran, Gity Razaz is a composer of classical concert and electroacoustic music who currently resides in Brooklyn, New York. Her music possess both a deep, dramatic lyricism and an otherworldly fascination with mysticism, surrealist poetry, and ancient folklore.
