About Morven and the McArdles
Morven and the McArdles is the progressive folk project of Morven Warren-McArdle, a pianist and contemporary singer-songwriter from the East Coast of Scotland. She blends haunting and lyrical vocals with dark indie and rock elements, while adding a refreshing classical spin on the folk genre. The music is a reflection of a deeply personal and open-minded approach to writing music, tackling subjects regarding heartbreak, loss and grief. ‘car crash’ is the latest single, released on the 31st of August, which is ahead of her upcoming EP ‘Red & Black’ due to be released on the 22nd September. ...
