About Moreen Dela Cruz
Moreen Dela Cruz is an aspiring R&B singer located in Canada. She has had a love of singing since the young age of 8 years old. Coming from a small town in Manila, Philippines, she moved to Canada at the age of 12 years old. From there, she began to perform for local universities and events.
